So Boston traded just to have mid round picks... weird.

 

New GM in Boston.  He is putting his stamp on that team.

 

Rebuild is coming there.  Their window has come and gone.

Barzal at 17 would be a huge steal, very talented player but might drop due to an injury he suffered, i'd be shocked if he lasts till 17. He's a stud for sure.  If he is and the JETS pass, they are crazy.. I don't think they would pass on him tho.

Yes, they tried and failed.  I didn't say it was a good stamp.

You have to have a team willing to trade out of the top 6 tho, hell no team has traded out of the top 12...

Zboril is a nice pick but no Hamilton

They couldn't afford to keep Hamilton or felt he wasn't worth paying too much for. We will see what the future holds. Hamilton is good offensively but not so much in his own zone. 

Really liked Debrusk.. too bad.

There is a draft guy on nhl.com who said Brazal would have been in the top 5 discussion with Strome and Marner if not for his dislocated kneecap.
