I wouldn't call it bemoaning, it's just keeping things in perspective and being honest. It's not over but the Jets haven't done themselves any favours the past two home games. Good news for them is that they have games against Calgary and Vancouver at home down the stretch, but they've really given themselves very little room for error based on what's happened.

Sure, people be moaning, and ignoring that we're not the only team on the ice. The Jets are playing some very good teams....tough.

They're not getting the returns lately. But it's not from a lack of effort.

Certainly, we have to keep things in perspective, but we can't ignore that this team is still playing well, and if they lose out, then we can say, they didn't deserve to make the playoffs...but only then.

You have to remember, this is not the same team we started with. Being together longer..that I would have loved to see.

He'll be suspended. It was pretty nasty. I wish he would have gotten a major on the play, b/c it probably would have reduced the suspension.

In person? If so means 3 for sure maybe 5 games even. Pretty vicious and had intent for sure. Think he's done for the regular season

Rona Roundtable was talking about playoff and importance of the games as a consideration on length of suspension. There's precedent for the league not taking a guy out that's involved in a playoff or playoff chase for any length of time. Interesting, perhaps Buff just gets one or two games, although he prolly deserves 5.

he has no prior suspensions in his career.  The player wasnt hurt.  Its a playoff battle.  He likely escapes serious consequences.
