I find discovery seems like a 20 episode story played out over 15 episodes. They’re so determined to get from one big plot point to the next they forget to just tell the story.

Just watched Picard... it is really good.  Well written, wonderfully acted and the cinematography is crazy good.  I have no qualms about this episode at all. It is very rewarding for fans of

Agreed, just finished binging the seven episodes. Litterally just finished binging... I have a problem...

This season's Star Trek Picard almost makes up for the dreck that was foisted on us by Discovery and the first season of Picard.

They actually had Tuvok on the last episode, well sort of.... it was a changeling.

Glad they put Discovery out of its misery.

Its too bad... there was real potential for that show.

But, without ST:Disco, we would never have ST:SNW. I really enjoyed the first season of ST:SNW

Thank God, Star Trek Discovery is over... Nothing could save that sack of **** series. Nothing. I watched every episode for 5 seasons & I swear that after a time viewers forget what the plot is about. No comparison to Strange New Worlds....

ST:SNW is far superior- especially the format, love the stand alone episodes format.

I disagree with ST:Disco being a sad sack of **** series- it wasn't great, but it was above dogshit level. It had it's place- it did kickstart the new era of star trek in tv format. But yeah- it was aptly dubbed "Star Trek : Feels".

The plot each year just dragged on & on & on. I think i just watched Discovery out of loyalty to Gene Roddenberry. I mean all Star Treks had their duds. But Discovery to me was more interested in lecturing viewers lessons based on 21st century Hollywood left wing core values rather than telling a good story.
