I'm no country fan but at this point Taylor Swift isn't even trying to be a country artist, she's a pop star making pop songs. 

Yeah you could debate whether she was ever really a country star but now she seems to purely release pop music.

 

Anyways she is pretty great. 

I liked Mean. It was "poppy" but with some country elements. Her live performance of it at whatever awards show was tremendous. It was her first major performance after the Kanye fiasco and she got a huge standing ovation.

She's beautiful.  I wont knock a girl for being thin.  She looks healthy.  There hasnt been any speculation about her being "unhealthy" thin.  She looks good.

Well I guess you could say she also does country.   I guess...I am not a music aficionado so I dont know if she includes more traditional country music on her albums.
