Really hard to say from that tweet, but 'sound off' doesn't seem like a positive comment is forthcoming.

 

Good to hear he likes Winnipeg.... So what could be negative?  A problem with the staff?  Etch?  Grigsby?

Likely something completely unrelated to football.   Just daily life stuff.

He owns a music company that's probably what's it's about. Was just promoting a tour he was doing this weekend.

Love this part of the season.

Sure, the players tweet about personal stuff, but in everyone's defense; he did connect it to football by tweeting a disgruntled former Bomber.

To be fair on this one, he included it on a tweet talking to Nic Grigsby wishing him luck in the playoffs.  Just makes you wonder if it was football related.

Randy Turner trolled that thread pretty hard - tried to create some kind of controversy instead of checking Legget's account to see he subsequently tweeted that he "loves Winnipeg to the core". Ace reporting.

Turner's a good reporter/writer, but his twitter feed is all about terrible jokes, several of them at the expense of the Bombers. I stopped following him about a week after I started following him.

 

As for the Leggett tweet, I'm truly outraged/happy/indifferent depending on what he's actually talking about.

Actually I heard he was released. But will be signing with Montreal. We could have got something for him in a trade. Must of been pretty bad whatever he did.

Turner's never been a reporter...he's a columnist. His job is to (try and) be funny with a personal spin piece. The stuff he used to write after Bomber games (which, incidentally, were very similar to DoD's Odds And Sods) were phenomenal! ...But his twitter account is really lame...
