September 21, 201410 yr comment_83887 Both coaches managing this game terribly in the dying minutes...Austin did the ol' Tim Burke punt for a single attempt vs a 42 yard field goal, punt got about 1 yard past the goal-line, but luckily for Austin the returner decided to go backwards. Jones doesn't go for 2 to give his kicker a chance to kick for the single to tie on the kickoff.
