    we see it different. The defender did not turn his head at all. It was pi no question. Screening, illegal contact take your pick. But that didn't lose us the game.

it was not worth a try because any amount of common sense would say that it was going to wind up exactly like it has. I guarantee that GMs and HCs went "we can get free PI calls with a challenge flag? SOLD!"

Yeah, anyone who follows the CFL should have known it would be a disaster.

 

I know most people were surprised that it actually was implemented, but I actually expected more from the media warning about what a gongshow it would be. But for some reason most of the sports media has a lust for more video replay in any and all situations in all sports.

Get the strong feeling that we are going to hear the phrase "not enough evidence to over turn the call" quite a bit from now on. It's the CFL's way of not making the refs look like total morons.
