Didn't see anything that mentions him playing DB in college or with the Bengals. 4.33 40 at his pro day in 2012, not a great 3 cone time, 6.96. Sounds like lots of straight ahead speed, not as much agility.

He was switched from WR to DB by the Bengals in his rookie season (camp) .. that said .. he's likely not coming to Winnipeg to compete for DB spot ..

Nope but one would assume he didn't fit in to the culture of the team, WHo knows, maybe had another opportunity elsewhere, maybe didn't like winnipeg? maybe expected to play right away? lots of possibilities and my guess is we never really find out the true reason.
