July 9, 201411 yr comment_65086 When you consider that Ottawa looks like they will be done on time and Ottawas and Hamiltons are pretty similar looking, What the heck happened in Hamilton? I really don't think you can compare this to IGF at all, IGF has a fancy roof that took some time to get installed, Ottawa and Hamiltons are pretty basic.. Compare them to IGF is actually not really fair at all to IGF. If we didn't have the fancy roof, i'm betting ours would have been done on time. Report
