May 7, 20205 yr comment_472885 well I guess someone out there said if CBS is bringing back their sunday night movies then ABC should bring back the wonderful world of disney, I wonder if they will make a new opening to incorporate the animated films, the MCU, star wars, Pixar, and (to a lesser extent) the muppets. I watched the entire series & I actually liked it although the crew for the most part has no one worth becoming invested in as a viewer. They are a bunch of social misfits who think a 40 year old Captain is too old, untrustworthy & show little if no loyalty to her (Katie Sackhoff). Not a group I'd think would be able to prevent the human race from being enslaved. The series never went into how these 20 somethings were picked for the mission. To me, they are all losers & that was the problem with the series. The crew itself. It made no sense.

The last scene in Episode 8 was the 5 astronauts on the launch pad so I think Season 2 would have been more sci fi than the melodrama with Tom Haggerty's daughter. If they gave a second chance to Another Life then The First deserved the same fate.
