When you raise your own meat, the problem with pretty much any restaurant is that it tastes much better at home. I've had a great steak at The Keg but I can make a better one over my fire pit.

You run a ranch? Sell to the public?

I don't love to go out for steak either. Pretty easy to make at home.

 

 

If I remember I'll send you info on a guy who does.  I constantly get the name wrong so it's best I find his card.

Well the first thing that came to mind was Mennonites. Then when mbrg said Hutter Hysteria I kinda guessed he meant Hutterites. We have a Hutterite farm near Oakbank. Go there to get eggs and chicken once in a while.
