the 2nd one? Maybe but deflections off sticks are things  but regardless 3 shots for us  and none were high danger. 6 of the blues shots were from 15 feet or less  

our D is a joke. Tiny midgets. 3 shots on goal in game 7 and blaming the goalie. 
 

The one positive. I’ll say they haven’t quit yet. They are fighting out there. Guys like Tanev Barron AI showing they want it still. Perfetti put Broberg on his ass. Problem is as much as the will is there, it’s about talent on the ice and without Scheifele, it’s not close. 
 

lines are a mess. 1 guy hurt and you mess with all 4 lines and it’s showing. Cuz no surprise the grinding 4th line is the best so far.

@Goalie that second goal should have absolutely should have been saved.  He had clear vision and that puck went in clean. It did not deflect off anything.

Sure but. Are we even gonna get 10 shots? At this point? No. They haven’t even threatened to score yet. St. Louis does every shot. Jets look slow. I’m not sure they get 1 tonight. But…. I believe Colorado was winning 2 0 in the 3rd last night and lost 4 2. Who is our Rantanen. Unfortunately it’s Scheifele

 

Ehlers needs to step up or this could be his last game as a Jet.

I'm just replying to your initial defense which is inaccurate.  Now you're switching gears to us not having any offensive power.

I hate to say it but this team likely has peaked. 

We have a goalie that cannot get his head into a playoff game.  We have no depth that can score.  St. Louis played a perfect series by targeting our top guys.  And their depth is now shining through.   They also got away with dirty tactics especially against 55.

Going to be another long summer.  And then the bombers likely won't make the grey cup to make it even a shittier sports season for Winnipeg fans.

No. I’m saying ppl concentrate on Helle but ignore other things. Kyle Connor is the reason for both goals against tonight, this is why team USA scratched him. Wants no part of contact. Ehlers? Doing nothing at all. Our D is crap, 3rd pair is complete crap and honestly a liability on the ice. We lack size. We lack depth. We are playing without a 1 center and no real number 2 guy either. 2 0 isn’t surprising. Concentrate on the goal but ignore the reason for the chance in the first place. Ppl. Should watch our guys D effort. Doesn’t exist. Hell, Rick Bowness just said it, jets aren’t playing their game.

Movimg Lowry to the top line was finally a smart move. You can tell that Vlad is way more comfortable on the second line.

Yup. And Blues still in PP when 3rd period starts. All they need to do is stay out of their zone and kill the clock. Golfing time for the Jets.

The call on Ehlers was garbage.  Then the refs chose to ignore Samberg getting sticked in the face.  Absolutely impossible that not one official saw that.

Ehlers needed to step up. He didn’t. He cost us the 3rd goal then regardless took a penalty right after. KFC has a few shots but not overly noticeable except on 2 goals against us. No Scheifele? Maybe but then Josh is out now also. No chance. 

Need to get some size or some ability to throw hits. Maybe all summer they do that. Learn to hit.
