If you ignore the quotes and merely answer the bolded part, the answer is always “no”, regardless of the article or issue at hand. The Hockey Writers are hackS, IMO. Just write “provocative” hot takes for click bait.

All of us on here could do a more fair and balanced write up on the Jets.

if you ask me, I think they are actually relying on him less than ever this year. Shots against are way down. Comrie shut out the knights ffs. It’s not just Helle but I also think he should win the Hart as he’s the most valuable player in the league. Regardless 45 wins is 45 wins and that’s impressive as anything. Are the Jets the best team in the league without him? Probably not. But I think they still a very good playoff team without him. They are deep. Who really been driving the bus the last couple weeks is guys like Barron and Iafallo and Tanev and JAD and it’s a deep deep team. JAD is a great example. Dudes looked insane the past few games. That’s our depth. Our depth is our working other teams best players. I’m not a fan of the fancy stats but ppl who are say the ones that matter the most, the jets are 1 2 or top 5 minus the PK which I think is 17th maybe but a large improvement from last year.

I don't know if they can replicate that for 16 games, but that looked like a Stanley Cup winning team tonight...

He certainly should.  Records are great, but a rested goalie in the playoffs is better.

Quite frankly, there aren't many regular Jets posters here who haven't been frustrated with Stanley at one time or another, yourself included.

If you have eyes, and know anything at all about hockey, there are times that you would be frustrated with Stanley. That goal he was responsible for in Detroit was a prime example. His brain just can't keep up with the game sometimes.

Sure. But it’s at the point where every time someone scores ppl blame him even when he’s not on the ice. Every d man from Josh to makar to Quinn Hughes to Stanley make mistakes that lead to goals.
