Posted March 23Mar 23 comment_747800 Not sure if anyone else has seen this warning but randomly when I come here to MBB, I see this message saying, "This site does not provide a secure connection." What does it mean? Am I taking a risk coming here when I see this message?
March 23Mar 23 comment_747804 Haven’t seen this. The site should always redirect to https:// for a secure connection. Curious if anyone has seen this. Next time you see it check if the URL has https:// at the beginning of it. If it does and you still see the message you may have to clear your cache.
March 23Mar 23 comment_747808 I discovered the MBB app a few months back and use that exclusively, rather than Chrome.

March 23Mar 23 comment_747825 The connection and data being exchanged between you and the site isn’t encrypted. If someone was snooping your data or wifi, they could see what you were downloading and uploading between the site. If it was a banking site or e-commerce site. I’d be more concerned. Technically, if you were typing in and submitting your password, someone could see it if they were snooping you, if the connection really were unsecured This article has some details on it https://www.namehero.com/blog/how-to-fix-the-this-site-cant-provide-a-secure-connection-error-six-solutions/
March 24Mar 24 comment_747848 Could the clock on your computer be off? Sometimes that results in the certificate presented by the site being detected as invalid. Fixes itself after the clock does a re-sync with the time server. #nerdalert
