The rules are extremely clear on Unnecessary Roughness. QB has at least two refs watching him at all times. Either way, that's a hit that should easily be a flag and likely a misconduct foul as well. You let those hits slide and why should anyone care about taking that risk swinging at guys like that? I know he's thinking that the ball is there but you can't be that reckless. Report

If I'm seriously injured and they can't even throw a flag I'd be suing the league. There's rules around contact in this sport in the interests of player safety.
