I know refs are human and will miss the odd thing, but they have not covered themselves in glory in the high stick department tonight. 

I’m mentioning the refs way too often, but holy hell, these guys are brutal!  Nino pretty near gets his head taken off with a stick, and no call.  Tampa high stick their own teammate, and we get a penalty.  Sure, that makes sense.

The reffing in this game is absolutely brutal.  Clear bias towards Tampa.  How the hell was that not a high stick on Nino???

Finally a break.  Ehlers with the backbreaker!

Jets with a club record 9 game point streak, Hellebuyck has gone 10 straight without a regulation loss (personal best) and has given up 2 or less in 9 of those 10 games. Was 3rd star for the NHL in December at 7-0-2, 1.88 GAA, and .934 save %. Life is good as a Jets fan right now. 

This team is very good.  If we can get our special teams going, look out.  Not to mention getting Connor back.

Bigger picture EOD, life is always good as lifelong Jet/Bomber fans W or L, i.e., provides a great escape, can meet new people, build a community etc etc. (insert Jim Carry throw up meme)
