Interesting 1st line.

Wheeler out 4 weeks. Schmidt out 4 to 6. 

 

It's now or never for a trade 

There is a roster freeze from Dec 19 to 27. Jets will have a chance to play a few games and see how they perform.

Hard to imagine many teams wanting to trade away a top-six quality skilled forward at this point in the season. Most teams are either still in the fight or they are so bad they don't have anyone worth trading for. Is Patrick Kane or Jonathon Toews a realistic possibility? I have a hard time seeing it happen.

Anyone else hearing the noise the skates make?

Gotta give the kids in house a chance. They looking good so far. I wouldn't be moving 1st rd draft picks here but another injury might force me to make a move

Was wondering myself ,unless hes sick.

Knowing the Canucks had two of their highly skilled offensive guys out, I really liked the game of Capobianco. He played with confidence. He even did a spinorama move with success.

I really liked his 2nd period intermission. Humble, funny and well spoken. Need more like him.

Karson Kuhlman was a player out there making the case he was a good waiver pick-up. Hope he scores against his old team tonight.
