i would have gone 4y/30m but money would be a problem. Jets only have 6 in cap and my first year is 9

Monahan sucks so.. Monahan and 1st for Kadri seems ok to Me. 

Kadri brings grit and sandpaper and is a playoff performer. 7 x 7 ? Not bad really, cap should be easily 90 plus million by then
