Laine vs Matthews part 2.

Toronto got undressed by McDavid and the Oilers on Monday , so I'm thinking they might come out firing.     Having our 3rd line back together might be the tonic the Jets need to avenge the 6-3 drubbing we took earlier.   Is Maurice gonna run Bucky back to back?

Yah it's old... but if I google Maple Leafs , my phone willl start giving me news about the centre of the universe... so I had to rely on memory.     My phone must remain Leaf-free.

Okay critical juncture in the season. We win both games, we turn the corner. We split or lose both in extra time nothing settled. We lose both in regulation or lose 1 in reg, lose one in ot, pull golf clubs from storage.

This is a dud of a game.   Neither team looks very good.   Scheifele restores the lead...but man 5 goals on 25 shots... Yikes.

Total pick play by the leafs not called in ot. Ridiculous. And yes Helle needs to make that stop on the third goal.

Well we got the two points.   Wheeler's post shootout goal celly... pretty sweet!

Man, I counted at least 5 times the Leafs picked a Jet, during the game.  It was clearly a plan of attack.  Wasn’t called once.
