February 13, 20205 yr comment_462302 I like the Antigha signing. It’s right along the lines of how the Bombers approach re-stocking. The guy is young, experienced, and versatile. Just how the Bomber defence likes them..

February 13, 20205 yr comment_462324 According to https://cfldb.ca/faq/compensation/: The CFL reportedly has a $5.70 million salary cap for the 2019 season, increasing $50,000/year for the next two seasons and a roster size of 56 players allowing the average mean (average) salary to be calculated by the formula (sum of elements) / (number of elements). I don't think they identify the source.

Its probably gapped up a bit this year because the league re-worked their agreement with TSN and the players have it worked into the collective bargaining agreement that they get a certain percentage of any new tv revenues.

" It stands out even down there for DBs. Edited February 20, 20205 yr by Geebrr
February 20, 20205 yr comment_463513 Yeah, I learned a long time ago that if an NFL-sized DB is here, there's a reason for it........

February 20, 20205 yr comment_463528 players fall through cracks...politics...draft pick alway kept over a free agent signee even if not as good...lots goes on down there that affects things, and not always the right thing either
