I kind of like these lines.  Wheeler will have to be more on top of his defensive responsibilities playing C, which may be a good thing, and it separates him and Scheifele, which a lot of us have wanted.

Doubt the 4th line sees more than 5 minutes.

Wheeler has been not good defensively. This isn't gonna help. Ill be surprised if those lines last 2 periods

Why not have Roslo as 2C? But I like it

Roslovic play this year seems to indicate that hes able to garner a bigger role.  I think trying him at 2C for a few games is a good move.

Like goalie said though.... We need better defensive play.

Could be bad tonight. Imagine...losing to Canucks & losing another game at home.

Early indications are that #NHLJets third pairing will be Nathan Beaulieu-Luca Sbisa. Anthony Bitetto and Carl Dahlstrom are still on the ice

 

 

 

 

 

 

Count me among those who prefer Roslo as 2C.  Sounds like a snub by the coach.

I was pleasantly surprised with the line combinations tonight.  The Jets seem like they had an extra gear as well.  As usual Bucky played outstanding.  We'll see what happens with two big divisional games coming up!

We are getting better but we desperately need a top level offensive defenseman. Not sure how we get one, probably wait till the trading deadline to see how close we are.

Probably not but maybe a second or third rounder for a rental..depends how close we are and if we  have a chance to resign him..Pietrangelo would be nice..🤣 ah to dream.
