Watching Bisons games back in the day, I had high hopes that he might turn into a superstar for the Bombers. Not sure he'll ever be that, but he's a real weapon when he's healthy. Can do a lot of important things for a team...

He got sped with a silver spoon opportunities and touches and he was just ok at best. For what he’s making money is better spent else where.

yeah Demski may have out priced himself...and we have depth (finally) at national receiver with a few good prospects in this draft as well if we choose to continue possibly going with a strong National component on offence at receiver, so Demski I don't think is key...that 160k want is much better spent on defensive ratio players to allow us more flexability, and possibly the ability to roster an American return/receiver specialist, or complimentary RB to pair up with harris

Disappointed about JSK. In every interview ive read he cant stop talking about how happy he is, how great the organization is, how great it is to work beside Biggie, etc, etc. Not to mention great locker room, winning culture, on the cusp of a possible championship. Yet he's gonna bolt over a few grand. Just goes to reinforce that there is no loyalty in sports, management or player, no matter what kind of b.s. comes out of their mouths.

no saying anywhere he is going to bolt...just he is wanting an amount we are shying away from, so let him explore..see whats available and I sure he and agent will talk with bombers to match if possible, or accept what we offered when he see's that his want vs his value among G.M's isn't the same..

So fair is different betwee  players and gms. Interested to see what he settles on.

JSK totally caves...  he's not the top tier WIL on the market

Really wondering if we're making a play for Ackie - kind of feels like it...

Dumping JSK and Nevis to sign Jefferson would be kind of 'meh'...

technically...Opo's salary and the difference between Augustine and Lafrance would pretty much cover Jefferson..also factor in not bringing back Demski..Loffler..Possibly Chungh leaves more than enough cap room to be honest..We already have 2 other ends signed to rotate with, Lafrance doesn't need to be replaced other than by a entry level ST'er as we have Augustine signed and if we had to stat season right now we have enough O-lineman already under contract.

Full disclosure, I would still take Chungh at $180-200k in a heartbeat if its a three year contract - I think that's a no brainer esp with a new C - then you bump Neufeld back to 6th OL or hide him on IR preferably

I consider Loffler, Demski, LaFrance, Dressler, Opo and Fogg all gone

JSK and Alexander I think are last minute announcements - really hoping Nevis stays too...

I just think that Beltre or Davis are better use of $$ than a huge contract to Jefferson... but Hall does 100% need all-star DEs so who knows

I would take Chungh at that too...Though I'd move Neuf to center and roll with Chungh and Gray at guard, keeping Couture as the 6th guy.

Beltre too would be an intersting option as would Tracey outta the Hammer...easier SMS hit allowing for possibly an Ackie or Lokombo too

AC Leonard would look really nice in Blue and Gold

Wolitarsky is now ahead of Demski in the depth chart among Nat receivers.

Walters need to lock him up beyond this season .

Replacing Demski with Woli in LaPo's scheme could cause an outbreak of hair to sprout upon LaPo's head, maybe even an Afro.  Demski's athletic versatility can not be overlooked, he's a "jack-of-all-master-of-none" kind of player, judged solely as a RB or receiver he seems inadequate, but when added to the mix of Harris and a strong group of receivers he is an effective weapon as his point of attack can cover the entire field based on different starting points, which is an essential component of LaPo's game plan.
