Just went to a Leafs game two weeks ago, and was there to salute Bob Cole's last game.  The press box looked quite nice.

So we traded Nic Petan for a slightly older Nic Petan.

At least the new guy can play on the PK and can check.    I'm not sure what the Leafs will be doing with Petan though.

Petan had to clear waivers to go down, right?  Lindholm doesnt.  He's a UFA this summer too.  I think was a contract dump for the Jets unless they really like Lindholm...but to make room for their other acquisitions they likely had to waive someone and figured they'd lose petan.
