The biggest problem TSN has is that they try to be the entertainment rather than letting the game be the entertainment. They pick a player or a story of the night and never deviate from the script. It's awful broadcasting. They would be better off just calling the game as it is and letting the game tell the story.

Agree.

and I probably do. It's a very American style of broadcasting and I hate how it's seeped into Canada.

They can’t all be Don Wittman.

I don’t know whose bright idea this is, but you’re right. Leave the stories for side shows. The value of the game itself more than carries its share of entertainment.

And please, no more in game interviews. They are entertainment killers..

In game interviews are okay for 30 seconds during a commercial break/TV timeout.  Otherwise, agreed.

And stop showing replays over actual in-game play.  They totally missed a 3rd down gamble yesterday because they were showing a replay.  They don't seem to have the wherewithal to cut away from something they no longer have space for, but that's live sports and you have to be able to make those adjustments.

It was the same last year with the end of the game punt that may have gone out of bounds against the Bombers.  Cameras were on everything in the stadium except the game.
