Kulikov-Buff Chiarot-Morrow versus Enstrom-Buff Chiarot-Kulikov Yeah I'll take option 2 all day.

I'm talking about Morrissey-Buff Kulikov-Myers Chiarot-Poolman Morrow is here so that Poolman can play in the AHL and not sit in the pressbox imo

I really think he's here to give Poolman playing time with the Moose. I'm not sure that the plan isn't to keep developing Poolman and give him the call up if there's an injury...  maybe Morrow is more of a replacement for Melchiori (?)

They are stylistically two completely different players. Morrow made it to the NHL based on his offensive abilities and was even getting power play time in Montreal. He's similar size to Morrissey and not overly physical. Chiarot is purely a stay-at-home, big, physical defenceman. They're really not the same at all. Morrow has bumped Poolman down the depth chart, IMO... if we were down to our 8th defenceman, you'd see Morrow in the lineup rather than Poolman.

All 6-7 defencemen are 'basically the same guy' - some have a bit more offence, some block more shots... but they're all interchangeable And glad you know exactly what Maurice is thinking - reminds me of when everyone was trying to figure out where Quinton Howden was going to fit in our lineup

While I liked O'Dell and James Wright... those names just make me feel 100x better about our bottom six right now. Heck, even thinking that we've gone from Burmi-Lowry-Stafford to Ehlers-Statsny-Laine as our third line is great... Â

February 28, 20187 yr comment_321962 wow sounds like Stastny hasn't scored at all this season but those assists are impressive Â

keep them as third line and PP specialists - enjoy the goals In reality, Ehlers-Statsny-Laine will be our fourth line when Lowry's back and we're in the playoffs
