Realistically the Canadian women were almost guaranteed to receive gold or silver, so silver can only be a huge disappointment.

For one thing, he was Swedish, not Russian. Second, Lias Andersson threw his medal into the stands. Not wanting to wear a medal is hardly comparable to throwing it away.
