Glad to see the two biggest ****-head coaches in the league lost today, and for Maas he has no one to blame but himself.  What a tool.

Tacklewasher and I were texting at the same time saying that Tim Burke would have taken a knee...

If he admits that it will go down as possibly the most bone headed play, coaching or playing, in CFL history.

If like they say on tv that Maas might of thought it was a 6 point deficit , maybe he shouldn't be the hc anymore.

What Suitor is saying doesn't make much sense to me.  Either way have to get the ball back and Calgary literally one first down away from running out the clock.  6 or 7 doesn't change anything.

Agreed ! The only thing I can think of is that Maas thought it was a 6 point difference not 7. And if so he needs to step aside if you can not even remember the dang score.

Either way they are way short of time.  FG and onside kick would be in the realm of sensible...what happened made no sense.  Even worse they ran a minute off the clock after converting 3rd and 10 when they could have punted and pinned for field position for a final drive.   You make that 3rd and 10, you gambled for it, let your offense finish the job.  If you're going to kick at some point there, you have to punt on 3rd and 10, otherwise you're going endzone or bust.
