There are endless examples of Canadians who came in and started their first ever game.

His next paragraph says:

You have to go back 25 seasons to 1992 when rookie offensive lineman Chris Morris started the very first game of his 14-season Wall of Fame career with the Eskimos.

So he must be referring only to the Esks.  But terribly written.

Definitely... I wouldn't be surprised if there's at least a few every year... Chungh was the first and best recent example I could think of...

Apparently the loss is just a mere footnote. BS Man. The Bombers winning is the point. Forever the answer to the trivia question, who was the first team to win at the new Mosaic will be the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Any revisiting of the opening will have to mention that we won. History, baby.

Maybe they'll get rid of the DEs and convert some of their receivers to DE. LOL.

I always though with the amount of receivers and their talent,  they would have been wiser to just convert some of them to DB (maybe someone like Grant or even Demski before Bagg got hurt) since they would likely be familiar with routes and patterns..etc. Seems like such a waste to abandon the blitz in favor of trying to have a DL help coverage.
