July 12, 20177 yr comment_276250 I drove from Hope to Vernon last Saturday and it was smoke all the way. Drove by closed highways and such. My prayers go out to those affected.
July 26, 20177 yr comment_278921 Haven't talked to KBF yet, but I was in Oregon through the worst of it. To be honest, Worst hit (that I know of) was Williams Lake. Looking at this map http://google.org/crisismap/google.com/2017-british-columbia-wildfires Kelowna has been spared. Much of the fires are further north or West. It's been smokeless all week (came home Sunday) here in Kelowna.
