Second, the department does not take such a decision lightly. Where possible, it is standard practice to seek less intrusive means as an alternative to a search and to narrowly scope any search that is undertaken.”

A Trump-appointed federal judge reviewed the evidence at hand and approved the search warrant, as is the usual procedure.

BBC World Service is reporting that, according to an unnamed FBI agent, they recovered "Top secret" documents relating to nuclear security as well as correspondence with Estonia detailing their military positions. And that is only part of what they found- more to come and these boxes were stored in a storage room in a basement at Mar A Logo. Republicans are frantic.
