Lol. That subreddit didn't follow the sites terms of use. There are a pile of subreddits that were killed not because of lack of free speech, but lack of following the rules. 

Free speech is a government construct anyway not a private company thing. Companies can stop you from saying anything, it's a government that can not when free speech exists. I wish people had enough brain cells to rub together to understand that.

Again I have to say Free Speech not free to lie. And yes even in the 21st century with so many different realities, perspectives and experiences, people still do lie, some more and better than others.

And honestly decrying the loss of the_donald as loss of free speech.... that places biggest problem was they straight up did not allow different opinions. Aka a lack of free speech. It was the single biggest example of a circle jerk in the internets history.
