Well, the facts are real.  Social Media to me has been good in relaying information.  What I see on social media is making fun of the idiots hording.  Plus, if media was spreading panic people wouldnt be ignoring health experts' advice, which a lot are.

That’s a very good point

At this point, in trying to get any kind of a "win" the Republican "leadership"  Trump, Pence, O'Connell along with the ole Tea baggers like Rand Paul.....are pretty busy at work.   Belittling, t

If this article is even close to accurate, a pretty interesting and scary read into how Trump has perceived the corona virus crisis.

Republicans fear a lockdown could compound the crisis if Trump is cooped up in the White House with nothing to watch but the news. “What’s he going to do, watch reruns of the Masters from 2017? He’s just going to watch TV and tweet and it’s going to get worse,” the former official said.

Plenty of stories now coming out.... about how a number of people in the Trump administration were simply afraid to be on the wrong end of "shoot the messenger".....squandering weeks of crucial time (such as getting the ball rolling on testing) to prepare for what was coming.

Trump insisted on Tuesday when asked what led to the change, saying he didn’t feel a shift in his tone. “I felt it was a pandemic long before it was a pandemic.”

But remember, a month ago no one was talking about it.

Number of polls out.... showing between 40-45% of Republicans stating they were "very" or "somewhat concerned" about the coronavirus outbreak, up from 26 percent in February.  Not sure what the other 55-60% are thinking.

Although, cruising around the heavy Trump supporter sites......far too many people think it is overblown, a put on, or mostly some form of conspiracy initiated by:

Current Democrats
The media
Obama
the WHO
Unknown/unnamed "Globalist"/"Deep" State entities

Over the years....the right wing mouth-breathers, have sure done their work well.....,.

You'll never convince that percentage of the alt right that thing Trump was sent big God to be the savior of their guns, Christianity and white race.  Aliens could invade and wipe 95% of the population from the earth and those people would still say it wasnt happening.

The GOP knows its over, especially now.  I saw Mitch was urging GOP judges near retirement age to retire before the election (because he thinks Trump will lose).
