Tuesday is going to be a circus in NYC. I sadly expect riots.

as far as I can tell, ( internet comments), New Yorkers are very familiar with Trump, and his cheating ways, and strongly dislike him. Biden stomped him there.

also, they are not afraid of his hillbilly followers

There are just so many stupid people I have lost count, it's incredible that people just want to kiss the ass of such a failure of a human being in business and life.

What's most incredible is that the fans of Fox know that they are being lied to and know that the commentators think they are stupid. But, they just open their mouths and take the **** in.

Yeah there's  reason Trump lives in Florida now not New York. They all got tired of his bullshit decades ago.

That's because knuckledraggers disgruntled shitbags love any angertainment that owns the libtards, radical lefties, Wokesters, Commies, Socialists etc even knowing behind closed doors they are being mocked by and lied to by these very same angertainers. Doesn't matter as long as the people they hate are getting it.

This outpouring of grief from Fox is so sad. Allow me to offer up my most empathetic remark:

“Thoughts and prayers.”

Fox viewers are willing to let them **** in their mouths as long as the libtards have to smell it.

For some reason I really don’t believe he’s frantic. He’s a psychopath, his family are psychopaths all in their own ways, so he and his family are probably jacked with all this attention and how much more money will be added to their empire.

From his displayed behaviours, he would be best identified as a malignant narcissist and his psychologist aunt has come to the same conclusion.  He believes in a divine right for him to do as he pleases at the expense of anyone and everyone around him. This attitude persists so long as he is not backed into a corner with no means of escape. Then all of his manipulations that have served him so well (for Trump is 50 years of this) will no longer protect him, and he has no idea how to react except to escalate his behaviours and if these do not immediately work, he will become desperately self-pitying and flip over into rage alternating with depressive episodes. He will be erratic and thus unpredictable on occasion. If it means sacrificing his friends and/or family he will readily do so but only after he tries to persuade them to take the fall for him.

Assuming he goes to jail, will his Secret Service detail also go to jail to protect him? Hmmmm...

With all of that said, I hold little hope that he and his equally psychopath family members will feel any real consequences for their words and actions. The Justice System as a whole appears afraid of them with a smattering of their legal foot soldiers trying to fight the good fight pushing that heavy boulder up a steep mountain.

More good news....

Judge sends Dominion’s $1.6 billion lawsuit against Fox News to trial
https://thehill.com/homenews/media/3928459-judge-sends-dominions-1-6-billion-lawsuit-against-fox-news-to-trial/

Those e-mails unearthed during the discovery phase are killers.  Fox having this go to trial....punitive damages..... are going to cost Fox, big time
and Smartmatic is on deck, and they will swing for the fences, as well.

When Steven Colbert announced Trump's indictment on the Late Show, a roar of approval and laughter went up from the New York audience. Pro-Trump protesters will not be welcome there.

The CNP came up in a book I'm reading so I thought I'd read a bit on it. What really struck me about this article and about the CNP in general is how twisted it is that they are the very thing that alot of MAGA supporters think they are fighting against is what they are supporting.

thanks.  a real rogue's gallery there.

some Religious people, and some big religious organizations seem to be easy targets for criminals and con artists.

But why are those fundamentalist religious people (all faiths) so easily manipulated by fear?

communists, gays, trans, albinos. coming to get you. Only I can save you.  send money.

Americans always seem to need an enemy. I have a theory that if you are particularly inward looking, believe you are the best, the greatest, the ultimate nation then when the inevitable problems occur that all nations suffer it can only be blamed on subversives or outsiders trying to destroy you.

Those in power know this and use it.

There also exist people who simply want to be told what to do and how to live their lives and don't want the burden of determining their own course in life. Religion appeals to these people because they can be told what to do and they never have to question anything. These people also tend to be fearful of things they don't understand because of the aforementioned lack of thought.

A religion does not put you in a position where you don't have to make decisions or earn a living.

Ummmm...disagree strongly. Many religious belief systems (Christian and non) demand unquestioning loyalty and obedience along with blanket acceptance of dogma. This can include choices of attire, employment, who you are allowed to speak to, sexual conduct, and who the designated enemies of "God" are. The fundamentalist belief systems of many churches dovetails nicely with fascism and oligarchy- America is currently a good example of this as is Russia, before and during Putin's regime.

You still have to earn a living and put bread on your table.

Trump is being told by his former lawyer Jenna Ellis that he is at war and he should not surrender to the police.

Ellis tweeted:

Trump should refuse to surrender to New York and use this opportunity to work with DeSantis, who has said Florida will not assist an extradition request. If Trump is REALLY going to fight against weaponization of government on on behalf of America, take DeSantis’s offer and unify the Republican base. This is war.

Ellis said that Trump should take DeSantis up on his offer not to assist in any extradition and refuse to surrender to the cops because Republicans are at war and they must unify the party.

There is no evidence that DeSantis is trying to help Trump. He could be trying to get his rival for the 2024 Republican nomination locked up in jail because it is difficult to run for president from behind bars.

Trump’s indictment has brought to the surface how lawless Republicans have become. Sen. Lindsey Graham advised Trump to go punch cops, and now Ellis is telling Trump to refuse to surrender and provoke a standoff with law enforcement.

It is almost as if the people around Trump are trying to get him locked up because it would be good for the MAGA brand.
