For the record I was fine with the short throws. It was working so you do what works. I'd just like to see Willy stretch the field a few more times a game. I think he had dressler on one but didn't pull the trigger. All good tho. Was fine. Those long drives with tons of plays ate up a lot of clock.

Willy was fine. 2 many short throws still but he was fine. Obviously the O is a work in progress. You can see the potential is there. It's up to them to reach it now.

Last year Leggett talked about having more guys who are pretty much d bags on the team. Macho is that dbag. It's pretty apparent that he fires up his team mates big time. You need a few d bags

This is actually a really great contract. Perreault makes everyone he plays with better plus that's 4 UFA years bought right now. He took a discount to stay here cuz he probably could have got 4.5 x 4 instead of 4.5 next year and then 4.125 or whatever it is the remaining 3 years. Solid deal and as of today if Toby or Myers aren't traded (think one will be)(despite Toby have a NMC,i think the Jets ask him to waive it) and they Keep Buff Trouba Myers but regardless... If they do go the 1 4 4 route... those are your 4 D, plus Scheif,Wheeler,Little,Perreault as the 4 forwards. Helle is the goalie they will protect. Fair deal for both sides actually, might even be a bit of a discount actually.

Hamilton. Man we never match up well vs Hamilton. Their D is pretty ferocious out there. Masoli starting so who knows but man... if we can get average O play combined with very good D and special teams play.... we might pull off the DUB

Lowry and Stafford were awful together last year. Just awful. Best way to answer the question would be by saying the guys who think they are a lock to make the team outside of the obvious scheif wheeler Perreault ehlers Laine little at forward. I think those 6 are guaranteed. I think Connor starts with the jets also. So basically you have maybe 4 or 5 spots up for grabs at forward. I also think Thorburn will be the 13th forward.

Peluso should be waived. He serves no purpose. Morrissey will start with the Jets this season. He's ready and size is not an issue at all. He's got top pair LHD potential and at worst is top 4 potential

Then it's on Hall. The D plays soft. Isn't aggressive. I'm not even sure if we try to blitz that often even. Hall has our guys playing soft. Talent is there on the d line. Westerman Shologan Cummings are 3 very good players. Green is a rookie but has his moments. The problem is obviously with the D coordinator then.

When Fogg and Posey get replaced the DBS will also be better. Perhaps Bruce Johnson also. Randle. Adams. 2 solid corners when healthy. The guy from Toronto looks good so hopefully he gets a chance soon. Cuz posey and Fogg ain't working
