I think Darling is the guy they will go after. Another name who the Jets tried to sign when he came over from Finland... Antti Raanta. Keep that name in the back of your minds also. I see Raanta being a real possibility

Lawless knows his CFL but in reality his NHL knowledge lacks. Listen to H and L and you will soon figure it out. Sure he has "sources" but they all do.. He just has a radio show and TSN gig so Ppl thinks he knows more than he does. But listen to H and L and you will realize H is actually more hockey smart than L. L isn't a big fan and has even mentioned it before.

Yup. I have no issue with him playing. Ppl can say what they want but... the guys he's "taking a spot" from... petan has been terrible and I think it's obvious Dano is Vegas bound

Johnson Bernier Darling are all realistic options and I'd be fine with any 1 of them and helle next year. You don't really need a huge upgrade on Helle. You need an upgrade on Hutch who when it mattered most sucked badly. The less informed fan will put it on helle but in reality he was a rookie who was overplayed at times because Hutch absolutely sucked and the coachea had Zero faith in him when games actually mattered.

I agree. I'd be somewhat leary of giving him big money tho. Stats very similar to hutch after 73 75 games

He's not good. He plays on a better team than the Jets also and has worse GAA than Helle and only a tiny tiny bit better save percentage Helle probably gets 1.5 to 2 million a year this off season Fleury makes over 5 2nd round pick? Maybe a 4th instead
