Also if you want to follow the construction of the new Riders stadium check out @YQRstadium The only issue I see is that PCL is building it. I am not sure how they are in Regina but in Manitoba they are slowly gaining a bad rap. Cost over runs and delays. They are over aggressive on safety and often over look the big picture. I work with them often and I like working with them but I am always hearing bad things. I hope this won't be the case. The league doesn't need another delayed stadium opening!!I don't recall any negative issues regarding PCL builds in Regina, they have a very strong reputation here. I think they are building the new Oilers arena too. That's no surprise. Their logo looks like the Eskimos logo.

maybe they actually got around to reviewing those games and realized they needed to actually call penalties. Or maybe the league doesn't want the Bombers in the playoffs this year for some reason. I think they are just incredibly inconsistent.
