Ever notice other teams seem to get their WRs a lot more wide open than we do? That's offensive schemes. Ours suck. Makes it much tougher on a QB when they're constantly throwing into tight coverage. Marcel plays checkers. The other CFL OCs play chess.

In his post game interview, Nichols said they prepared the entire week for Ottawa to play man defense, because that's what Ottawa has done all year. Instead Ottawa came out playing zone. It took Marcel an entire first half to adjust to that. Wow. I still think Nichols is starter material in this league with a competent OC. Marcel handcuffs the entire team.

Initially when I saw Harris asking for $450k per season I thought it was ridiculous. But when you consider Willy is getting $410k next season, $450k for Harris sounds about right.

Pszczonak (6’0, 185, Windsor, October 10, 1990 in Amherstburg, ON) played four seasons with the Lancers, hauling in 134 passes during that span. He turned those into over 2,500 yards and 26 touchdowns. As a senior he averaged 20.3 yards per catch, a total good enough for the CIS lead in that category. Pszczonak is the school’s all-time leader in touchdown receptions. The club also released receiver Desmond Lawrence from the practice roster.
