I use the water method to seal my meat in a zip lock bag and zip is closed 90% then put it into the sous vide and the water pushes the air out, then zip close. Add a weight to hold it down and viola. No need to buy a vacuum sealer. Then finish on the grill.

I used to get very upset, just ask anyone in a group game with me on Xbox Live, but as I've aged I've mellowed considerably. Sure seeing the Bomber lose was heart breaking, but for me it was a temporary thing. During the game, I've flip on the ref for missing an obvious call, or the command center for again screwing the Bombers, only to have the wife come and close the den door to lessen the sound of my shouting. For me a couple minutes or hours later I'm over it. I have other things that occupy my mind. I work with a guy that really seems to struggle with things, not sports related, and I've had to talk him off the ledge a few times. Everyone deals differently with mental illness but please please never think you have to deal with it alone. Hell even email me if you need to vent.

I'm sure it's tradition, but why doesn't the pre season games start beginning of May and the season start mid May. I think people would prefer a colder start to the season than a potentially freezing end to the season.

The sickening part will be Harris gloating about it even though he was a non factor in this game. Sadly there was too much of Canada cheering for Toronto because of the hate for the Bombers and this will just inflate the egos of the Argos. It was a team fail but Marc's inability to flip the field with his punts did not help much. Zach was not able to get the offense on track and the O line just did not stop TO from getting to him. It never fails when one team is hyped to be the winner and all talk is about them it inevitably ends up biting that team in the ass. Thanks to the Bombers for a fantastic year for us fans. We cleaned up in the awards (small consolation) and set a franchise high for wins so something to keep us during the off season. Thanks MBB for another fantastic year of sharing the good times and the bad.

Going to be a long winter after the stink of this loss. oh well next year.
