Correlation does not imply causation, any scientist will tell you that, and even the climate modellers will tell that predicting weather outside of 10 days is near impossible, predicting climate change is the butterfly effect.

I don't mind some of the moves the Bombers have made since Wade got involved and really we are only about 3 players away from being in Calgary's league. Put it this way, if we had Stegall, Greg Battle and Ty Jones, in their prime on this team, we'd probably win it all.

I think Otha Foster and Alex Bazzie are about the only former CFL linebackers that might be available? Either would be a huge addition for us.

I only remember the Riders having 3 big plays on offence only because the Bomber defenders were out to lunch, Roosevelts TD, Marshalls big run and Grant's big catch and run. Other than that, they got their points off of the INT and Demskis punt return. In my world, had the Bombers just been assignment sound in the game, they win. If the Bombers don't shoot themselves in the foot again at the Banjo Bowl they should win comfortably. Now if the Riders win then we have to admit that the Bombers just aren't as good as we thought they were and that we need to start replacing players before things snowball.
