I try to survive with two young kids who will be given lots of candies/chocolates from family and no school or activities for them all while working from home. I may need to reload on booze to make it through the holidays. Other then that the family gatherings this year will be limited since half my family is away on vacation so each visit is with ten or less people.

Absolutely insanity on going for Nichols over Arbuckle. I don't remember reading anything about Arbuckle being a bad locker room guy or a jerk or anything. Very odd choice.

Yes lets dump on McGuire ignoring his pre season play 2 seasons ago where he looked perfectly fine. Lets ignore the fact that the team has kept him and choose him for Bennett when he first arrived. I'm sure his one game playing with back ups in terrible weather conditions completely overshadows the endless hours of time that the coaching staff has watched of him in practice.

When I was watching the live stream off youtube it hads over 1200 people watching at that given time. I'd imagine more were watching on tv.

At this point it's only a matter of giving him the talent to win. This team plays discplined and everyone plays their part exactly how they should. Good character for the most part also.

Oof Boltus was bad... I don't even know if it's a made up memory of it happened... I just seem to remember him literally fumbling the ball away into the oppositions hands and not being able to make a basic throw. I think the lowest point though is before that time when we took a knee to go into OT despite having a tonne of time on the clock to at least attempt a few deep shots to move into field goal range. I was in the crowd and it was a collective groan when they took the knee.

The core guys will still be in Winnipeg, all will be good.

Sadly the LaPo/Burke era was even worse!

I seem to remember him also saying that they had no hot water in the visitors dressing room showers. I did check out the old stadium it was as plain as one could imagine. The concessions were also extremely poor.
