They had a few gifts .... some very very bad coverage down deep which Hamilton couldn't take advantage of. I wish in this game that Hamilton hadn't given it away.... dear lord I was going to say Masoli is going to steal the job from Zach but brutal fumbles and give aways. What about Adarius Bowman doing his best to show why Winnipeg gave up on him. Drops an EASY TD pass that would of gave them the 14 point lead.... then fumbles the ball away giving Hamilton momentum.... and then taking ridiculous 15 yard penalties for no reason. Edmonton *deserved* to win that game but damn it would of been nice to be ahead of them in the standings. Collaros won't last this season... Bluto was right the delivery is much to slow....

I watched the game this morning. Glenn got hit and played scared just like last week. I think whoever that wasn't convinced last week about him being rattled and then stinking it up should now be convinced. It didn't help that Poblah drops a pass that would of been huge. Montreal had every single break fall their way and as a Bomber fan this game was great! Both teams looked like crap! Troy Smith attempted maybe 5 passes that were over 10 yards and still had very large accuracy issues. He *should* of had only 135 yards passing since two of those passes were big time incompletions. I was not impressed at all by Smith and this is great for us... Matty D made the game quite entertaining with his sound effects. I came away from this game very happy to see 2 bad teams continue to stink it up.

I wanted to bring this thread up again... When the team was down 21-7 they showed O Shea.... He did not throw a hissy fit with his hair a mess and face red (berry) he also didn't have a blank lost sad look (Lapo and Burke). He had the same look when down by 14 and also up by 5 near the end of the game. I also noticed on offense that they attacked... At no point did they swing a short pass on second and long. This team actually ran a flea flicker effectively. They ran sweeps... They had a shovel pass and plays designed for the blitz. They made adjustments!! Th differences in coaching is night and day!

I went to State and Main at kp last night, kind of like Moxies and original joes type of place. I found the prices reasonable and the portion size and quality was really good. I definitely recommend it.

The park and ride on the way home was about 45 minutes.... To kp. It wasn't that bad aside from the small bus seats and sitting in the aisle with the wheel. I did get home around midnight but didn't wind down until two.

What???? that ball was thrown into triple coverage.... are you sure you were watching Bombers vs Redblacks last night and not some pre-recorded game?? maybe Kelly coulda fought back to try and make a stop but that pick was on Willy Kelly was streaking and open and then he stopped running and then had to play catch up... He had the jump but stopped half way through and then ran again.

How could anyone say that he was falling down instantly? His positives are his ability to bounce off guys and push the pile. The blocking was very bad though... He seemed to be easily pushed down on his blocking

Agreed on the varied play calling... Also much more aggressive on second and long. No more turning over on offense.. My only gripe with Willy was holding onto the ball to long in the first and third. The other was Kelly giving up on his routes a few times... I wouldn't be shocked if Bryant replaces him.

They interviewed the guy, he came off very humble and quite nice.

The first quarter the guys were completely out of place. Just really bad formations and lots of chasing the guys even before the snap. In the last three quarters they actually played a bit of man and forced Henry to not dink and dunk.

I think based on the preseason games and game 1 that this shouldn't really be a concern. Willy showed very good ability to see the field and make the right throws, I don't see Ottawa doing anything that really confuses him. The D is another matter but I suspect that they'll simply outmatch Ottawa because let's be completely honest here, they don't have a lot of talent outside of Burris. Let us see how Ottawa handles the blitz....
