Around The League Regular Season Discussion
Davis sure didn't seem to be the type of guy to take plays off. Maybe it was the other way around. The coaches liked his work ethic and intelligence but he may not have been the most skilled guy. Anyway. Still a curious release

Around The League Regular Season Discussion
Wow they were so high on Jace Davis at one point. Sometimes I wonder if our talent evaluation is any good at all.

Back From Bye: Week 10 vs Montreal
I know that LimJahey isn't the only one who has written McDuffie off. There are some around here that aren't big fans. Just count me as someone who sees great potential in him. Quick, fast, slippery, and even strong in a 5 foot 8 frame. He actually plays bigger than he is. That's what I see.

Question about Rod Pederson vs other media
He's just a Rider Prider with a web site in my books. Zero credibility.

Back From Bye: Week 10 vs Montreal
The point that I was making is that sometimes we make bad judgements because of recency bias or particular moments standing out. Fogg got lit up at the beginning of last game but made up for it. McDuffie hasnt been given the same opportunity

Which isn't to say he doesn't but either way hasn't been proven. I wonder what people think about Fogg? Because as many interceptions he's had, he actually had two of them hit him straight in the hands and fall to the ground. Do people remember that? (granted I know he's not a receiver)

There's definitely a huge recency bias when it comes to determining who has good hands or not. McDuffie has barely been around long enough to determine one way or another.

Back From Bye: Week 10 vs Montreal
Have to say...with just a couple wins in a row I'm really starting to look forward to Bomber games again. It was easy getting up to watch them on TV, but walking to IGF was starting to become a real drag...

Would have loved to see one of Dressler or Smith back this week...

I'm guessing kickoffs with Fogg doing punt returns

Sometimes you need an elite speedster to open things up for the other guys. Dunigan was sure raving about him. Still lots to prove though, I agree.

Back From Bye: Week 10 vs Montreal
I was hoping we'd get at least one receiver back this week. Last week, with the exception of Denmark, they were underwhelming. So Denmark, McDuffie, K Adams, Mayo, and Kohlert this week.

Do you think they fill the retirement papers now or after the season?

Is It Real?
Sure I'd say we are "for real" in that with our defense and ST we will be competitive in the games ahead. The ebb and flow of the CFL says we don't necessarily keep up this torrid pace of whopping teams 30 to whatever, but I think we can make playoffs.

Starting Receivers
Run game. Physicality. I worry that having Smith Dressler and Denmark in the lineup might be a bit too small. But I'm willing to give it a shot

Starting Receivers
Hard to nitpick after a win but clearly if any area of our team needs to get better to become a contender it's our receiving core. Who do you have given a healthy lineup? For me: Dressler, D. Adams, Denmark (Smith as backup) , Davis (Mayo as backup) , Kohlert. Good combination of physicality, speed and experience.
