When did Calvillo hold the ball for more than 3-5 seconds. He would look through his reads no ones open he would throw it away. Today they try to stay in the pocket as long as possible.

The Rider got good after Mcallum left so hopefully its a return to the bottom of the western standings with his return.

I think it's the type of quarterbacks we have in the league now. Look at the guys who have been hurt they all like to get out of pocket and run. You saw guys like Calvillo and McManus pure pocket passers play 18 games every year because they avoided contact at all times.
