They are the oldest team in the league. They peaked last year why wait for two year of decline when you can speed up the rebuild.

They made it to the post season in both 2007 and 2008 winning the Central both years. Then after they could not get it done the next 3 years a they tore it down. They had a old line up full of guys that where a year or two past their prime that they held on to trying to get into the post season like Alfonso Soriano, Derek Lee, Aramis Ramirez, Marlon Byrd, Kosuke Fukudome, Ryan Dempster, Carlos Zambrano, Ted Lilly. They also had one of the worst minor leagues in baseball. Theo and Jed came in and completely tore it down it down and start the building process.

No you keep Sanchez and Stroman. You trade trade Estrada and Happ you can get a couple top 50 prospects out of them.

Matt Nichols I don't care the numbers is the most Winnipeg guy QB since Dunnigan. Just something about him says while his production might not say it he will be very successful. He is a Mike O'Shea guy when your QB is the mirror image of what your head coach wants all his players to be you have something.

Feel like today most guys are drafted based on testing numbers not game film. Plenty guys whose forty does not shine but play way faster than they test. Got a feeling one or both Heardmans or Mulumba are in that category.

I have felt that the CFL is a safer game concussion wise than NFL. With more room you don't get as many huge body blows. Would love to see the number of concussions per man game.

Walters has found a starter in all his drafts. I seriously trust his #1 will be right. By starters impact starters Goosen Chung Loffler are one of the best core of young Canadian talent in the league.
