  1. Urine goes in the urinal and your arse goes on the arsenal. It's not complicated.

I'm thinking Matthias-Lowry-Armia is probably going to happen again, as long as Matthias is healthy to start camp.

Whether he threw the grenade or not, he was fighting for the terrorist organization. That's not up for debate. People are rightly upset that someone fighting for a terrorist organization is receiving a 10 million dollar pay day. People are rightly upset that Trudeau delivered a big "**** you" to our closest ally by releasing this info on JULY 4. People are rightly upset that while the Liberals made promises to veterans when they were elected, they have walked away from those commitments while handing cash settlements to the very people who the veterans were fighting against. **** Omar Khadr. I wish the Americans had shot him right between the eyes.
  4. Kashawn Fraser did not suck! He should have been starting at DE for us in 2014.

I guess that depends how good he is. I doubt we would see him in the lineup before the end of July though, unless there are injuries or he's just that damn good.

That's crazy talk. I'm of the opinion that there is no need to rush Connor or Roslovic into the lineup. They are waiver-exempt so let them come up naturally, when there are injuries or someone is playing so poorly that you need to get them out of the lineup. Laine - Scheifele - Ehlers Perreault - Little - Wheeler Vanek - Lowry - Armia Matthias - Copp - Dano Start with that. Petan and Sgarbossa in the press box. Let Connor and Roslovic dominate in the AHL and bring them up if and when it is necessary.
  7. Pretty dickish response tbh

You literally just posted a lineup with Dano playing wing in the top 9. If that's not "room" then I don't know what is.
  9. I think they lowered the price for endzones this year but I could be wrong.
  10. The endzones are a fun place to sit and the tickets are decently priced. Great place for the casual fan.

Doan??? I'd rather get punched in the face every day for a year than sign that old bag of bones.

Much better to have young, hard-working, unskilled players. We lost but the boys played hard.
  13. Seems like a pretty open-ended guarantee.
  14. I'm not sure that's accurate...

Good 40-50 point guy that would be an instant improvement on our 3rd line and could move up to the top six in case of injuries. My faith in our non-top-six wingers to move up the lineup is essentially nil.

I know Dreger said we're looking for a center but I don't think that's a deal-breaker... if the best player available is primarily a winger I don't see why we wouldn't go for it. Honestly I'd love to see Thomas Vanek here on a one or two year deal.

Gotta think it's Nashville or nowhere for Mike Fisher.
  18. Yes. I have no doubt that the media will also see it your way and pin the blame on Ambrosie if things don't improve in Toronto. But I think things will improve league-wide so we may not ever cross that bridge.
  19. No he will not be involved in the planning and implementation. That goes directly against what his job is. He serves the league, not individual teams. Is he going to work with 9 marketing departments to help them increase attendance? No, he's not. Toronto isn't the only team with lagging attendance. His job is to run league affairs. A healthier league leads to healthier franchises. You have it backwards.
  20. The commissioner will not fix the problems in Toronto.
  21. A couple years ago the CFL established a rule that if you failed a drug test pre-draft then you forfeit your eligibility until the next season. Has nothing to do with the number of games in the NFL or anything else. Like Jacquie said, there is a deadline. And the reason they aren't lumped into one is because then you could potentially have one player waiting a month+ for no reason when they are ready to play now (because you would have to wait until the deadline to do the draft regardless of whether other players are available). Anyways I wouldn't use anything higher than a 5th round pick on this guy. Good athlete but likely destined to be a career special teamer. "Lasted five seasons".... Fails to mention that Konrad died of a brain aneurysm last year...
  22. Yes but its not on the commissioner to fix attendance in specific markets. He can support the Argos but they need to solve this problem themselves. It's no more the commissioner's responsibility than the poor attendance in BC is.
  23. Atomic replied to Mr Dee's post in a topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Expecting BC to win in a close game.
  24. Atomic replied to Rich's post in a topic in Winnipeg Jets Discussion
Not surprising. He will get a 2 year deal between 2 and 3 million per season.

Yeah and overanalyzing every tiny detail of the guy's day is just as bad. What exactly do you think happened in that video that has you so concerned? He's blind and can't see the limo?
