I feel like they haven't pushed this game very much. They had two weeks to sell it, coming off a huge Banjo Bowl win, for a Friday night game. But the hype hasn't really been there. Hoping for a decent crowd. 28k would be nice.

There is some scoring punch there, with Copp and Matthias. Definitely far from the worst 4th line we've put on the ice. Hendricks... meh. There's no way Hendricks plays more than 50% of the games anyways. It could easily turn into Petan-Copp-Matthias or something similar. And that has nothing to do with the third line so the bottom six comment is a little 'out there'. If the third line turns out to be Connor-Lowry-Armia, that could actually be pretty decent.

Yeah I agree. The timing was perfect. Kinda an interesting strategy that would only work in the CFL.

It would have been second overall. The funny thing was that Singleton probably would have gone first overall to Saskatchewan but a rumour came out before the draft that we was still pursuing the NFL. Then after Sask made their pick, it was made known that Singleton was not pursuing the NFL and would be coming to the CFL.

I don't think a CFL game would be a fit for a AAA studio like EA, but maybe one of the smaller game dev shops can handle it. There is a lot of room between top-of-the-line EA and 2 guys in a dank room Canuck Play.
