Nice try, but not really.

Bombers Off-Season Transactions
I assume they tried to trade Shologan, which is what I had hoped would happen this offseason. Wasn't impressed by him at all last season, and he makes a lot of money. Edit: suprised about Lochard though.

He had Peach on the other side in 2015 and he put up big numbers. Kind of kills this argument...

Enzo is almost unwatchable for me. Can't stand him. Their entrance bit is way too long.

I like it for the draft and fa, but seldom if ever use it during a game.

Imo Hawerchuk & Malkin are both better than Lafontaine.

Lol at your certainty. A year is a long time and lots can change before he becomes a fa. Think back to this time last year and what the odds were that Durant would be in Montreal and Nichols the undisputed starter in Winnipeg right now.

I think the Argos are in a worse position. They're bad just about everywhere, with no leadership and a lot of pending fa's. A trade for Franklin and some decent work in FA (OL, rb) could help the Riders a lot. Those are big ifs, but imo they have more hope than the Argos do.

If he turns into a great qb, and re-signs long term, that trade would 100% be worth it. Best case scenario is for the Riders to give up a tonne to get Franklin, then see him leave for the NFL in a year. Franklin being a flop would be funny too, but I'm too nice to wish that on the young man.

I'm not sure I see that as a great deal. If you're the worst starting qb in the league you should make the least amount of money. Good for Glenn though.

Pavelec is back to save the season! Heads will explode...love it!

Pretty underwhelming play from Comrie so far in his AHL career.

Game 45 : The Howling @ Bark At The Moon
What in that quote says he isn't?

Game 45 : The Howling @ Bark At The Moon
The loss is on both. Lots of excuses for Helle, but he's been every bit as bad as the rest of the team in these last two losses.

I was hoping they'd lose him for nothing. This might give Nichols more leverage, but if Jones wasn't willing to pay for Durant, why would he open the wallet for Nichols?

Game 44 : Cartier @ Lagimodière
Or they need better goalies for him to coach. Kind of the chicken or egg thing when we're not at practice to see what's going on. Both team's had garbage goaltending last night. Very frustrating game to watch.

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-38589427#pq=RbIoXb Pretty good breakdown of what's going on by one of the best news orgs in the world.

Exactly.

Well that's part of the problem then, if you're citing people but don't know who they are. He's prominent in the link you posted. The buzzfeed/CNN story is uncorroborated, not necessarily completely fake. Still poor journalism, but not the same thing.
-
US Politics
Because on the topic of fake news, if a person like Alex Jones of Charles Johnson is being cited, I think it's important to give context as to what kind of people they are, and reference other "news" that they have broke. If you post something on a message board, it's open for discussion. It would be different if you pm'd me a link.

US Politics
Oh the drama! There were no personal attacks. I was insulting what you consider credible news sources. Although I suppose Hillary Clinton really could be hiding a pedophile ring under a pizza restaurant.
-
US Politics
Exactly. He and his team are such a trainwreck that you could tell me almost anything about him and it would be hard to dismiss it out of hand. It wasn't very responsible journalism to release this info without being able to verify it, but a lot of it seems pretty believable.

US Politics
So you're citing Charles Johnson, one of the people pushing pizzagate, to verify the accuracy of this story? That's only slightly better than when you cited Alex Jones' website. You're in to some weird ****...
