yea I didn't really see anything beyond a textual golf clap in the possibility of signing him.. depth and having experience in the CFL game and not being totally inept is not really a bad thing.. not quite sure where he saw excitement... off-season cant end soon enough I suppose.

yea me too.. this should really be his make or break year.. if he stays healthy I think we get to see what we have been waiting for.. good or bad lol. I'm pulling for the kid tho, has the tool kit and physical specs.. lets hope it comes together.

He just moved back to the city from what I understand.. and is setting up some Web-radio station. I have him on FB lol. same ole dickesque comments and attitude. kinda miss that brashness on the radio.

sadly, I don't think we see Gray in the CFL in the forseeable future, If ever. hes got some very good skills and if he plays his cards right, will be an NFL PR guy for a good long while if not activated at some point.. I'd not burn a pick in the first 4 rounds on him imo.

could definitely be this. maybe they weren't cuts and were voluntarily leaving? Suppose they could also be consideration for PR and instead of burning a TC spot for them, they got cut and will be re-added?? *shrug* I don't have any real opinion on any of these guys with the exception of Smith who I'd thought would be in the running for WIL-Mack spot or at least backup.. should be interesting to see what shakes out in the next month or 2.

Me too.. he was the most familiar face for the bombers offense when I started paying more attention to them as a younger lad. when I get a throw back jersey, It will be a Wilcox.

exactly.. why would we assume Schief would regress and Laine would peter out? The league knows both of these guys and couldn't really do much about them. If anything, I'd expect them to improve IF the core of the team improves as well. If we get a goalie where we don't need to be pushing so hard to tie up or come from behind games, maybe they loosen up and score more? sure nothing is set in stone but I don't get this "can't rely.." mentality. you CAN, thats why they get paid those large contracts.. because management believes they will continue to to play as well as before or better.

man do I hope he can get off the sidelines this season and show why we drafted him so high. hes definitely got the size and stature (and hands from what I recall) to be a solid receiver... if he can just get and stay healthy..

If this happened to unfold like you've described, it would be a pretty awesome thing to behold. I mean having Harris in blue and gold is awesome in its own right but to have a kid from winnipeg, drafted by his home team and develop into a Winnipeg bred Bomber for years and years.. that would be epic.
