The Bombers only pick 9th if they are the last place team. You give up the first round, 2nd round continues with same order. The 2nd round pick can range from 9th to 17th. You pick 9th if you win the Grey Cup. First round is 1-9 because it's, ya know, a 9 team league.

It is crappy that the announcements were made the same day but I think the rumours that he had signed would have still bumped the Argos news.

I don't think it fits to say the Coyotes are in trouble since the endgame for the owners has always been to move the team. If Glendale voids the agreement it will just speed the process up.
