Response from her lawyer:- Bomber Moves 2018
With respect to term, it could be CBA related. There were quite a few players who signed 1 year deals for this season because of the CBA expiring next off-season.- US Politics

- Around The League: 2018 Offseason
Perhaps ask Bluto what he wrote at the bottom of his post using the white font.- Around The League: 2018 Offseason
I don’t think the league knew that charges had been filed until now. I think if they had known they would have voided the contract he signed with Edmonton last season.- Around The League: 2018 Offseason
Where did it say that? Do you have a link to a different article because it doesn't say that in the article Fred provided?- Around The League: 2018 Offseason

Wilder's stats for November: Nov 4 indoors at BC - 18 carries for 136 yards, 7 catches for 91 yards Nov 22 for Eastern Final - 14 carries for 52 yards, 8 catches for 52 yards Nov 26 for Grey Cup - 9 carries for 13 yards, 2 catches for 18 yards- Around The League: 2018 Offseason
And just like SF27 did to me. I've gone back to look at my posts over the past 40 pages of this thread (back to when the Wilder thing first started) and didn't see any posts I made that would warrant SF27 singling me out as someone who was criticizing players who are on their first contract wanting out of or wanting to renogiate their contracts so I responded with hyperbole. If you can find something I said criticizing those players, please let me know. The CFL and CFLPA agreed to eliminate option years on contracts except for first contracts. If players want that changed then they can negotiate for it in the next CBA. Since bringing back the option year window would only affect players on their first contracts (as they are the only ones with option years) it might not be something that is too high on the CFLPA's list of wants. If the CFLPA cared more about first contract players and the players who fill out the roster then they would have done more regarding raising the minimum salary.- Around The League: 2018 Offseason
So you think every player should be able to sign a first contract that is for one year. (This is meant to be taken as hyperbole)- Around The League: 2018 Offseason
I reserve judgement on Wilder until he plays a full season and can show he can play in bad weather.- Around The League: 2018 Offseason
Considering how the league has put their foot down on side deals, you really think that could happen. If he wants to try the NFL so badly why commit to the extra season with the Argos? If he plays out the contract then he wouldn’t be able to play in the NFL until the 2020 season and he would be 28 years old by then. Where did you get the $130,000 figure?- Around The League: 2018 Offseason
Wilder's original statement: The last offer from the Argos that was reported by Dunk 2 days before Wilder signed was $100,000 (with no signing bonus) and he is now signed until after the 2019 season. You think $100,000 Cdn is so great that he would give up on trying the NFL again for 2 years if he had all the interest he claimed. Dunk also reported:- Around The League: 2018 Offseason
But...but... what about all that NFL interest he said he was getting and wanted out of his contract to pursue.- Random Death Notice 2018
